Steel 3mm hinge pins
What cars use steel 3mm wishbone hinge pins? And are east to get hold of?
Cheers, G |
Have you got any broken hex wrenches? I cut some down after breaking the tip. Worked a treat and they are hardened steel so dont bend easily;)
Possibly drill blanks would be ideal too?? |
Jimmy had suggested that, but I thought they might be so hard that they would be brittle?

G , associated TC5 inner hinge pins are 3mm part no as31221:)
|
Oooooohhhh, any idea what length they are?

Tamiya do a range of them from about 20mm to I think 48mm long in 2mm increments.
Look in the EvoIV/V, TRF414/415/416 or TA04/5 spares lists M8. PM me if you want a specific size and I'll get the part numbers for you. |
Well, some 501X front inner ones would be the ideal length, but where to get them from quickly?
