I bought my CATsx a couple of weeks ago and I had a vintage buggy meet down south so haven't had the chance to build it till today. It wasnt a real hassle getting it together and everything was pretty straight forward just opening one bag at a time in sequence. I'll paint her up tomorrow and fit the electrics so i can take it for a test run at the track this weekend. Cheers-Jason (Australia)

Very intrigued on this kit..

Has anyone purchased one at all. I must admit i love building my cars, but a pre built kit, thats built with a good std of workmanship and with a good setting dialled in , is an abso bonus for me, as i havn't a clue on setting a car up.

Im curious though, to hear if it is like what chris said, and comes pre assembled with the std setup... i dont fancy no outdrives snapping.

Same question, does anyone know what the setup is?

Hi Dave, i actually bought one now.. Its the Vintage frog scheme one that you can see in the pics elsewhere lol. It comes setup with a few differences so that it limits the chance of outdrive failure. This was confirmed by Phil. It has longer rear turnbuckles ,the shorter camber link bar ( hence longer turnbuckles) proper silver and red springs as chose by team drivers. and obviously it is built to the setup that the team drivers use and not supposedly what is in the manual, as this can lead to outdrive failures. I chose it as is pre setup, diffs are properly built and the shocks are silky smooth. Im sure there will be a setup sheet provided soon for it. Thanks Col.
