Hi everyone. I’m hoping to hear from people who have dealt with something similar. By the end of the day my legs often feel heavy, and after workouts it seems to take much longer than it used to for my muscles to recover. I’ve tried stretching, home massage, and different creams, but the results never last. I’m thinking about trying a body recovery treatment, but I’d rather hear honest experiences before spending the money. Has anyone noticed a real difference in how their body feels after a few sessions? |

I was in the same situation, so I decided to try RollStar bodyroller.co after reading a few recommendations. I honestly didn’t expect much, but after the first session my legs felt lighter, and after several visits I realized I wasn't feeling that end-of-day heaviness anymore. Recovery after the gym also became easier, and I felt less sore the next day. The sessions themselves were comfortable and relaxing, which was a nice bonus. It’s not an overnight transformation, but with regular visits I definitely noticed a positive change and felt much better overall. I’m glad I gave it a chance. |
