I've been researching Managed IT Services providers for our business and recently came across Texas Technology Group. They seem to offer a broad range of IT services, including managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, network management, and help desk services, which looks promising.

Before reaching out, I wanted to see if anyone here has worked with them. How is their response time, technical expertise, and overall customer service? Have they helped improve your IT operations, security, or overall efficiency?

I'd also be interested in hearing how they compare to other Managed Service Providers. Any feedback, experiences, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
