Hello. My attention span is officially trashed. I can't do long-form courses anymore without checking my phone every two minutes. I really need to work on my social anxiety and communication, but I need something fast - like 10-minute daily "bursts" rather than a 2-hour lecture. Is there anything out there that's actually engaging and not just boring text? How do you guys manage to learn new things when you’re constantly short on time and focus?

Hey. I’m in the same boat - if a lesson is longer than a coffee break, I’m out. I’ve been looking into those "bite-sized" apps lately because they're way easier to fit into a morning routine. Actually, I just came across a pretty detailed post on Reddit from someone who tried a platform called RiseGuide. They were using it for the exact same thing - confidence and speaking skills. If you want to see a deep dive into the features and how it feels, you should check out the riseguide reviews on Reddit. The guy there did a "2-week honest experience" report that’s super helpful if you're trying to decide if it’s worth the sub. Give it a search!
