How do people make the banners at bottom of posts, or like the oople one? How is it done?

you mean the signature banners? I've not got one so I can't help, but what exactly are you wanting to know - how to create the actual banner (in photoshop) or how to attach it to your signature?

i used banner maker pro, only a 15 day trial but enough time to make as many differant ones as you like and its easy to use for us novices

They will be plenty of people on here that will make you one if you ask nicely (including me), someone will reply or if you get your ideas to me quick enough then i'll have a go
