Default 12v power supply not working?

Hi, my pro-peak power unit has stopped working, i thought it may be the plug fuse but after changing still no joy. There is also a little 5a fuse that screws into the back this doesn't look blown and i don't have another to make sure.

Im guessing they are similar to pc psu's that when they go they cant be fixed and are ready for the bin.

any suggestions before i have to buy a new one?

cheers

Phone Ripmax, their customer service is excellent and it will definitely cost you less than a new one to get it sorted!
