Default Motor ID

Ive just taken the motor out of the car i just bought to identify it and cant Would you guys have a look and see what you think please ? The only writing i can make out is , NEE ULA SUPER TOURING , Could be a letter missing where the heatsinc has been and scratched / engraved in the bottom face is 12x2 , i assume this would be a 12 turn motor ?
Im new to this , well i havent raced for ten years and not for long then , would this be a suitable motor for me to go to the track with ?

It's a Peak Performance motor.
12x2 Nebula Super Touring...

Would be ok for starting although we are now running brushless motors. They are zero maintenance...

As long as its ok to start with thats ok , too much speed for me would lead to chaos and destruction So must start saving for new esc and motor , hopefully by the time i can handle the extra speed i will be able to fit a new esc and faster motor , any idea what motor pinion would be best to start ?
