OK, in a dilemma, do we go for a track over on the grass, will people volunteer to come help with the ropes early in the morning, or do we go for the Astro?

I voted grass too... for the exact same reasons as Dave's.
More space, bigger track, potentially less contact racing for more cars in a Regional race. |

I voted astro despite the tighter space for racing, but the surface is much better for racing on.

I voted grass...partly to take away some of the local knowledge on the Astro
![]() You always have the astro as backup if the weather turns against us nearer the time though. Not too bothered really though...just looking forward to some racing ![]()

Ok so it seems a pretty fair spilt between our astro track and the main field
![]() Sooo we will chat more about this as a club and also with the regulars on sunday to decide.... |

I voted astro as i prefer the surface, but if numbers look good for this round then the astro may be a squeeze.
Perhaps consider the surface nearer the time when forecast and entry numbers can be better predicted? |

Your right jamie we could plan for the grass and then it pee's down and we have to run on the astro, but as the grass will take alot more effort than the astro we have to at least start planning shortly if we are going to run that way
