Ironically I am building a "display" 22 tonight using all of our hop ups from Exotek (Ti serrated wheel bolts, carbon battery strap and idler gears), DMS Partz (spur gear and carbon front tower), Hiro Seiko (yummy coloured screws/nuts/washers/spacers) and a few bits and pieces from Azarashi too so I will try my own flywheel weight on it to see if it fits and let you know tommorrow........

LOL.... Not quite, just showing that we do sell parts and options for other cars as well as X-Factory and since the TLR22 is the "latest kid on the block" we thought we would build one with all our options we have fitted...looks VERY pretty

Yes plenty in stock, they are on the site, in the X-Factory section, or just type the part number (XF5560) in our search and it comes up too...

RDG, from Exotek the wheel bolts are in but the idelrs and battery strap are on the next order from the USA, we only have pre-production ones at present.

DMS Partz shock tower is already online and the spur gears are the ones we already ahve for the X6 etc, they fit fine and offer 70 right throught to 80 teeth, using AE slipper pads

Hiro Seiko - is just the regular anodised stuff we have in terms of screws/bolts/nuts/washers/spacers etc....

On the brass flywheel, it fits "the car" fine (although slighlty better fit when I used X-Factory slipper plates as opposed to ther TLR ones), the only problem is you can then not fit the gear cover!! Some careful removal of material on the cover "should" allow you to run it without rubbing and any exposed areas (where the gear cover is cut) should be inside the bodyshell.... either that or try to fit an older gear cover from a XXX or XX that had room for the hydra drive etc......

I'm not really sure why anyone would want to run a weighted flywheel on a 22 anyway ...

We had some replacement slipper plates made for Chunk (B4 mid micro conversion kit), these where a direct replacement for the stock B4 plate made from phosphor bronze and weighed around 10grms. On the micro they were ace as they reduced the weight transfer and stopped the car wheelying which had been a problem ...

I've still got a couple if anyone wants to try one on their 22 ... and these will fit under the stock gear cover too ....
