tekin rs / nosram x12 10.5

Hi just replaced my tekin redline motor with a new nosram x12 10.5.Also i have just fitted the new lrp 1s rotor
can anyone recommend which timing insert would be best fitted in the motor as i here thay tend to run hot

i was running no turbo but 55 boost on the rs with the red line with a 49mm rollout

Always run the 4-dot for any kind of boosted racing, this gives the least amount of motor timing and the least heat.
