Default 22 wet weather setup - is rear motor the only real option

Ran my 22 on wet grass at the weekend and got truly whipped!
Tried loads of things and added 70g of weight over the gearbox, but it was still really crap.

I'm starting to think that rear motor is the only option in those circumstances but I was beaten by a Cougar SV??? that looked good.... maybe becuase its motor is so much closer to the rear axle than the 22.

Has anyone found a good wet setup for the mid-motor 22 on wet grass/asto???

Hi,
Dan Harding whipped everyone with this setup on an all wet grass track at my local club (WCRCCC) needless to say he's not invited again........Only joking Dan, top performance that day

Cheers Martyn

I tried my Rear car after the meeting had finished and to be honest the Mid car felt better, more balanced and less on edge but weather it would have been quicker on the stop watch I dont know.
