Help! No full power!

Hi, I have a Acoms Technisport 2.4G controller and has worked really well, however at the weekend my daughter had a go and adjusted the the throttle button on the controller. As a result will not go on full power forwards and no longer reverse!, never thoght one trim buttom could casue me so many problems. I have tried everying with the instructions but no joy!!! any help to get by B4 to full speed again would be much appreciated - thank you

Can't you reset all settings on handset to factory default, that's what I did when I encountered a problem like this and then married my esc and handset again. And re-done the setup on my esc
