Default What £1500 Full susser Mtb?

Hi chaps, I know we have quite a few Mountain bikers on here and thought I'd ask quick question

What sub £1500 bike would you go for?

I want a full susser about 5" travel for free riding

I like the look of the Giant trance X4 but open to any other ideas?

I couldn't really decide between the Giant Anthem with 4" travel and the CBoardman FS Pro with 5" travel, but ended up with the FS Pro in the end. It seems ok to me, but I'm no expert!

Freeriding requires a stronger bike though does it?

Would recommend the Devinci Frantik full sus freeride bike but a little over your budget but will do finance for you !!!

http://www.freeborn.co.uk/devinci-2010-frantik-1

Bikes show £1519.00 but for finance wil be £1700 and very worth it, this is a reply to an email i received when enquiring about the bike......

"Hi Steven, Thanks for email. The Frantik is an excellent bike, I have one myself. It's solid, pedals well and feels good in both DH and Freeride situations.

I can supply the bike at £1700.00 via interest free over 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. We'll need a 10% deposit (or more if preferred) Based on 10% it works like this:

Bike £1700.00
Deposit £170.00
Balance £1530.00
18 x £85.00

Because we are clearing the bikes at such a hugely discounted price we can't give as much discount for interest free due to the charges that we incur from the finance company, so the online (card) price is £1519.99 but the finance price has to be a little higher. Either way, its a killer bike for the money!

Many Thanks

Hope this helps you
