Your new kit will come with some Team Durango wheels, but will not come with any tires. People race on different surffaces all over the world so it would be really difficult for TD to put a set of tyres in a kit to please everyone. Secondly, I'm not really much use when it comes to the eZrun equipment, but my advice to you would be to take a look in the "For Sale" section here on oOple, as people are always clearing out old stuff and you could pick some elecs up pretty cheap and will last you longer as you progress with the hobby rather than having to buy a second lot. As for the battery's, these will be fine if you are just racing at a club level etc... But again, if you ever wanted to progress into doing the Regional's, even maybe the National's, you would have to purchase some battery's that are BRCA Legal. If I may ask, What budget have you given yourself for electrics?

Here is a link for the list of BRCA legal Batteries for 2011, Just incase you are thinking of going Regional level:

Good Look With Everything!

The Hobbywing Xerun 120A is supposed to be really nice. A few of the fastest guys in my area have been running them for the last few months.

From what I hear, it will be the rebadged speedo of choice in the upcoming months (ei all the "Big" companies will be rebadging them and selling them as their own).
