The LRP QC-2 Micro will make his world-exclusive debut at the US 1/18th scale Truck Nationals, presented by Team Associated and R/C Car Action Magazine at April 1st 2005.
80810 Quantum Competition 2 Micro is tailored to the needs of micro-size racing. It will provide highest performance and race winning advantages for any 1/18th to 1/24th scale car.
As a 1/18th scale micro car is significant lighter and has less traction due its smaller wheels, handling and throttle control are a lot more critical than in any 1/10th scale car. A tough target for a speed control, if precise racing with rocket-like acceleration is required.
The LRP R&D Team, supported by LRP Factory Team drivers developed a complete new speed control for these new requirements. Multiple track tests with On- and Off-Road cars in the US and Europe were carried out to ensure highest possible performance. The QC-2 Micro can handle all available micro style modified motors. To handle the enormous power of e.g. the LRP Fusion Micro Modified motor, you can adjust the power-output for your personal racing conditions with the internal traction-control power-potentiometer! The LRP QC-2 Micro is incredible small in size (footprint 25x23mm) and extremely light (only 16g), so it fits in every high-performance 1/18th scale car.
