Does anyone know if Associated diff oils rated CST are the same as Losi diff oils rate CS?

Theoretically they are...

In practice, I personally think the oils are made differently, and perform differently.

My advice is to use the same brand oils for all the weights you use, then in reference to each other they should perform in a predictable manner.
