hi could anyone tell me if you can get the oneway bearing on its own as i have blow two in as many weeks and cost a bomb to buy per side

Is it Losi, or DC/Lesro One Way. I have the DC Racing one, which you can buy spare bearings for. I am not sure about the Losi one-way with the plastic outdrives.

Yes you can buy the bearings separately.
The trick is to build it and then never take it apart again, as doing so can damage the fiberglass carriers. to clean the bearings just flush it out.

as per southwell, Build it to never take apart is advise i've been given also. Had no probs (so far) with it after building.

bearings are available from local bearing suppliers but most will have minimum orders, normally 10's or 100 so is potentially very expensive

if the one way is blowing out the bearings often you will probably find the out drive pin is worn and also needs replacing.
