Nosram Matrix - Settings

Hello!

I have an original 2006 nosram matrix, running in a B4.

Just wondering what settings people use on it?

I'm guessing the 2 settings for "Clubman" (limited to 24k revs), and "low grip" are useless?

what about brake profiles? I guess some of it is down to preference, but if someone could give me a starting point, that would be good.
