Default Mental Mobile Phone Bill

Hi,

My wife is on contract, with T-Mobile.
She pays £20 a month for 300 texts, and 300 mins.

Normally, I always check her statement, and it is normally fine, but this time, she has used 625 texts (over and above the 300 she normally uses), and 279 minutes over and above the 300 she normally gets, during November alone!!!

Now my wife isnt the greatest with money, but I think that this must be some mistake....seeing her near perfect record over the last 8 months or so...

What you people recommend we do?
I simply do not have the cash to pay this this month, or any month for that matter!
Cheers for any peoples help,

Mark

you need to get an itemised bill before you even think about going to T-Mobile...

In cases like that (where there is constant steady use, then one huge, out of character use), then T-Mobile should get in touch. Orange did when a mate lost his phone and that same night (before he could report it) the barstewards had phoned all across the world, racking up a massive bill.

Get in touch with them and see who/what/where the texts went.

Just turned over the bill, and it says she has called the USA for 2 hours and 10 minutes! I don't think we even know anyone in the USA!!

There are also a few mobile numbers I don't recognise, one which appears twice both for texts, and calls. Again, one call lasted 2.5 hours to this mobile number....I can't really see this myself..

Will check with my wife when she gets in, but this is rediculous!

Cheers
Mark
