wen i go full throtle from stop its goes and then dies to 3 mph and if i stop fully and go again it does the same any ideas

Have you owned the system from new or bought it second hand. If it's second hand the previous owner might have changed throttle settings with the software. Don't know if it would cause this problem but might be worth a check.
