hi, thanks for the reply, but mostly google churns out a lot of generic info. that's why i asked here. i just needed a short 'higher av voltage/dishcharge rate etc'!

in a nutshell lipo don't loose power through heat and the power remains near enough the same throughout the race so you won't notice any drop in performance at the end like with nimh
you can recharge them from half charged without worry and they won't loose power over time as much as nimh did. so charge them up a week before the race no problem. I've done 3 races on the same pack no problem. |

i dont know the technical difference other than its different metals. all i know is it makes my car go like stink compaired to nimh
