I had the same problem when I received them.

They are just random weights you can use.

I thought they were designed to put in the nose...but they are not.

Because i didn´t know where to put it i bough the Under Servo weight. Now as i realized it could do with some more weight i wen to my local tyre shop (1:1) and asked them for some weights for the Aluminium rims: now i have about 30 weights at home in shades of 5 or 10 grams from 5 to 60 grams! Might be worth asking, i got them all for FREE

Cheers guys - just assumed that there was some spot on the car where they are supposed to fit due to the shape.

Thanks

I'm not 100% on this Richard but I think they just stick (double sided) on top of the servo. I use the under servo weight in mine (lightest one) which is a perfect fit and seems just the right amount of weight.

Rich, Alec, all
Those weights were designed for when Lee Martin was running a short servo......I think they call it a short servo......the one that has room behind it and Lee needed more additional weight and we did them that shape to stack up like a deck of cards behind the servo.....
Saying all that they are now used for additional weights everywhere and yes Alec many people do put on top of the servo....
Rich, I can refund you if you bought in error......

Thanks for the reply Tony - dont worry about that ! Any plans for you to make a brass front bulkhead ? I think i speak for all the 201 drivers at Worksop today when i say we alll struggled for steering all day. Brass bulkhead seemed to do the trick with the B4 !

If you need a volunteer test pilot for it then ........................

EDIT - DOH, unlike the B4, i forgot that the front bulkhead is part of the chassis on the 201, my bad

Not enough steering with the 201?

I have to use semi worn tires to take some steering away

adding weight to the front of any car decreases entry steering and forward bite dramatically, however you will gain a slight amount of on- power steering.

if your needing more steering remove weight in the front, dont add it
