I have to be honest i am not the biggest fan of short course trucks, but they are very easy to drive and a lot of fun, especially if there is a few of you to have a bash about.

I'm not really a fan since they are pretty compromised as a race car by the rules and it's costing support of the Stadium Truck class which is historically how it should be
Buggy/Stadium truck/4wd buggy. But despite what I think they are huge in the States so there's no stopping them now. Going fast almost always comes at a cost and so the quicker ones will also likely break in bashing duties. HPI seem to be able to make cars that are almost race worthy at the same time as being the best bashers so for you that's probably the one you want (The Blitz), I saw your other thread and came to that conclusion since you may want to race one day and in the mean time bash it and really that's the one for the job. The Slash handles badly AND breaks if you bash it, it's got a reputation for being strong but really once you get a decent amount of power in it you can bend them up pretty easy

I had a short course truck and I really did NOT like the fact that it sucked when airborne pretty much every time it was windy. And it seemed like it always was.
