Hi,
i'm the happy owner of a new TRF201x that i'm starting to build and that i'll use to race here in Italy, can someone give an advice on what spares are a "must have" to start racing the car? Hope i don't have to buy another one to be safe.....? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks a lot. WWD

Your Dyna Storm is crying! ![]() Enjoy the new car, as you made it to the nationals with your DS/DL you are sure to do very well with the 201. Spur and idler gear seem to be the only thing iffy. Otherwise - just lots of tire options! |

Replace the ball studs used on the uprights, caster blocks and steering arms. Use hard hex ones (#53969).
On caster blocks I use screw and ball nut, just like on the rear hubs. Suspension arms, towers, uprights, caster blocks, extra screws, spacers etc are always good to have. |

Hi,
i'm near the end of my 201X build and i ask your expert adivice on what kind of shocks oil ratio (F&R) and springs is best to start with, considering that i only race on slippery low traction tracks (hard and dusty). This just to have a good start point to work on from who already know and race the car. On my dyna i've 50 back and 25-30 front oils, but it's a totally different car.... ![]() Thanks in advance for any help. WWD

I race on a very low traction track and have 25 front and 30 rear oil. As for the springs i have the Front damper Spring set and used the softest and the rear springs are kit ones. I found out that the 1 degree aluminium rear hubs together with the 3 degrees caster blocks gives loads more grip!
