Default servo saver

hi, can anyone tell me if there is a servo saver on the market that fits the cougar, as im stripping servo horns all the time. any help on this would be great as im slowly losing faith in my buggy. thanks ant

i am reasonably sure that the small kimborough servo saver will fit inside the Cougar.

Failing that, try turning down the EPA on your steering channel so you are not quite getting full lock - that way the little extra lock you are not using could act as a buffer for those knocks instead of your servo horn.

First you need to check your end points so that the servo isn't pulling past the maximum range. If that ok, just change the servo arm to a core aluminium model and you'll be fine. Part number CR110 is for futaba, CR111 is for sanwa.

Thanks Peet.but I've now modded a kimborough saver with a standard couger horn, and dremmeled the underside of the upper bulkhead plate, its the only way i could get anything in there.tryed and tested in the street. Happy days lookin forward to Friday night now.
