I bought this for my son to give racing a try but hes decided hes not into it
![]() The truck was new and a standard rtr kit less radio at christmas. He raced it twice and broke various rtr bits that are poo. So I upgraded the following and its been run for 5min since ![]() Smart Proline Duracell painted body (custom made duracell stickers)run in two heats Pro F8T machined Chassis Pro machined chassis braces F&R Pro machined front/front hinge pin plate Pro machined rear/front hinge pin plate Pro captured hinge pins (no E clips) Caster Big Bore shocks F&R Pro spiral cut bevel gear and diff crown wheels F&R (never run) Pro machine ackerman link Novak mod1 pinion (14T if I remember right can check if you want) Pro Servo saver tube spring and adjuster Hobbywing Esc was replaced under warranty for new type 80A in pics(5min use) Set up by Answer RC with the correct settings Most of the Caster screws have been replaced with better quality 12.9 rated versions Ace steering servo (my older rallycross one worth £25 all day long) 2 x Intellect 5000mah 40C Lipos (handful of runs from new cost £90) It all runs sweet now I spent alot of time getting it all sorted to bullet proof it for him to race... The wheels and tyres in the pics are the standard ones and have never been off so you can see by the tread how little use its had. This thing with these batteries is easily quick enough to race I did a couple of laps around Pendle with it and it was great fun it flys! Would reluctantly take £300 plus £8 delivery for it as it is with Ace servo and Intellect Lipos just add radio gear and go racing / bashing. Would consider breaking it up also. Its pretty much a F8T pro after my upgrades which costs £350(rolling chassis) but this comes with brushless motor/esc (£160 upwards) top servo (£60) and top lipos (£90) included all with hardly any use. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
