Default Cougar and Schumacher

No doubt that the cougar has some teething problems BUT
I must say that their service is better than any other manufacturer!

I have seen people have been having few issues, this would usually put me off but i keep seeing Schumacher are being very helpful and interested in problems that are arising for people and because of this it hasn't put me off buying one yet

I don't know if people realise how rare it is to have this kind of a close communication with a manufacturer as we do on this site. Apart from have factory drivers to talk tech with, you have shumacher administation responding on this site.

Default Great Customer Services!!

I've had a couple of issues with my kit. Sent Schumacher an email Monday evening and received a helpful response first thing Tuesday morning. Can't complain about that. Plus they are sending me a replacment part which hadn't be anodized properly!!!

I rang Schumacher on Tuesday dinner and my new parts arrived this morning , exellent service , well done Schumacher 

For the few minor quality issues on my Cougar this is by far the best service and communication I have experienced in RC. My next cars will be Schumacher.
