Default Laptop to read PC HDD???

Does anybody know if i can get a cable that plugs into my laptop to read data from my old PC?

I know i could network everything up wirelessly etc., but the motherboard in my PC is dead, so i want to get the info off the hard drives onto my laptop with the "minimum" of fuss....

All help will be gratefully received!

You want a Hard drive caddy like this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Alloy-3-5-IDE-...QQcmdZViewItem

Just plug your old hard drive inside it and then usb into your laptop, it will then double as a storage device too

You can buy a USB HDD caddy to slap the drive in, hook it up to your USB and it's mains adaptor and your done.
