Default Track test - Cougar Sv?

Still without mine
But you guys who had tested your cars. How do you like em so far? I am interested to know if it has got better steering than the X-6? Can you make them turn without a ton of brass all over the car? Had a x-6 but didn't like the idea of that much weight in it. Sold it pretty quickly.
Hope the Cougar is better at this.

Stunning!

Beat my best 2WD time straight out of the box in standard form on my first run.

With my Losi XXCR and B4 I could never crack the 12 laps, Cougar SV straight in with a 12.

My mate was on for the track record, but he made a few mistake.

It certainly turns, with no extra weight, mine weighs in at 1525g.

Really nice, only had a couple of dozen laps with it, but I'm so excited about running it some more, really nice balance and very driveable.

Steering was my only concern and general rotation of the SV, all my concerns were soon dismissed.

Ive have raced many off road cars, but the SV has to be one of the best 2wd cars ever produced by Schumacher. When driving this car is gives you great satisfaction with speed hi and low speed corners, riding the most demanding bumps and jumps. I had one damp race with the SV and it felt so slow to drive, but when reflecting on the times, it is extremly impressive. I believe nexts weeks meeting (weather permitting)will see a new track record set by the SV.

I have to say there are a few parts of the build I feel a little disappointed with but lets not dwell on it.

I do believe one of the best cars I've driven out of the box, with so much potential still to be achieved with setup.

Well done Schumacher and Team

Sounds promising.

Anybody tried it on a more slippery surface? Like on dirt.

Could someone please measure the hight from the chassis to the topdeck. Hope it is at least 25mm. Looking to buy rather large lipos.

Thanks man!
More than enough then. The IP 5600 are 25.2mm high. Like a lot of capacity. Longer training sessions on each charge. Could not fit them in my Cat but they fit fine in the cougar then.
