Default Jarrow Regional 29th 30th May

Mr Pack, I dont want to step on your toes, as regional organiser, but I thought I'd start this thread off....because nothing has been organised yet... and there's not long to go!

Ive booked the Bents Park, from Friday to Monday.
I am sorting the insurance out with the BRCA.
I am filling in the H&S stuff today (deadline is 4 weeks before event), and go through it with council on Friday afternoon
I will also do the risk assessment with the council this Friday.
I will organise grass cutting, and catering.
I'll get some perimiter fencing, and rostrum delivered to the park.

What needs sorting?
When to get the track from Seaham?
How to get the track from Seaham?
Getting access to the track @ Seaham?
Race directors?

Get times sorted for the work parties... I'd imagine Friday 28th afternoon for building the track.

I can get there around 15:00 pm on the Friday.

Not long to go.... get on the case.
