Hi guys,
Because different clubs use different versions of bbkRC (2006, 2008, 2009) the best plan is to get the install of bbkRCNetscreen at the event. Some timekeepers set up a local webserver so you can download it at the event over the WiFi, others will have a memory stick. When I time races I use the latest development version, which is why you will see version 2010. The reason for the different versions is that new features are always being added. 2008 added lap times, 2010 allows you to interrogate the lap count data, in anticipation of the extra data from the Harry transponder. bbkRC 2010 is scheduled for release at the end of April, it is with the beta testers now. |

Many thanks for the info.
Our club is evualating timing software at the moment. Will BBK be doing "car x is due to be lapped warnings"? I think FabCount does this etc. |
