Default First build diff questions

First time with gear diffs, so...

How much oil to put in, was thinking just covering the gears?

Also, what/how much grease on the diff ring gear/pinion, I only have Tamiya greases so it's either ceramic or anti wear or molybdenum grease??

Just up until the planetry gears are covered will be fine. Run through the gears by hand to insure there is not an air pocket and top up accordingly.

I fill them just over the cross shafts that hold the small satellite gears in place.

Molybdenum grease would be a good choice Dave, I run a small 1mm thick ring around the main crown gear of the diff, install and then turn the diff around the pinion to coat them both evenly.
