Default Receiver Power Loss

Hi there just been doing maintainence on my b44. Car was working fine before hand. Now that its all back together the reciever is not getting power. Im using a Novak GTB with A FUTABA RS03FS Receiver. The GTB is getting powwer but the receiver is not. Wires seem fine. Tried another receiver and same thing so it's not receiver. Cant think what it would be. Any help appreciated.

if you have a multimeter set it Volts DC then plug in the speedo to the battery (wheels off) and check the posi and neg reciever wires coming from the speedo for voltage.
