Default The Illuzion B4 body by JConcepts (With Scoop)

could anyone tell me where i can get this body in the uk or any other body that has a high side to accommodate for fan on the esc

Go for the Proline vortex body. Plenty of space for fan... you can even fit the SP, with standar fan.

The one you want is the 0050 Hi-Flow shell - http://www.jconcepts.net/store/index...56db596b6df2d3

It has higher sidepods specifically for brushless ESC's, there's also a large flat area at the front of each sidepod which can be cut out if you want (the area above the last half the the Associated sticker on Jason's shell on the link above).
