Default Problem with my Losi Xcelorin ESC

Watch my video.

This problem is really irritating.

How do I stop this from happening?

Looks like a sensor problem. I would check your sensor lead and maybe replace it. If this doesnt work ide give horrizon a ring could be a sensor fault on the motor or a faulty esc.

Could it be something to do with the throttle trim. Mine doesn't go backwards sometimes, because the neutral throttle is set slightly forwards and preventing it from going into neutral properly.
Or, could it be that your battery wires are right next to the receiver wires. This makes mine extremely erratic.

I had the exact same problem... or Im guessing I did.

I ran the LOSI Xcelorin combo for about 3 months, then all or a sudden it would start doing what your video shows.

I sent it back with proof of when I bought it ... and a little note explaining the issue.

They rang me up a few days later, talked a few things over. Basically the guy at Horizon put it down to a bad sensor cable.

Sent me a brand new combo replacement. Received it back within 2 days of talking to him.
