make your mould in your usual way (wood, body filler)then polish and wax it before u use it.when it come to using your epoxy, warm the resin not the hardener to thin it out slightly, cut your carbon or cloth so that the weave of the fabric is at 45 degrees to the main length of the chassis or what ever your doing.(meaning the fabric weave goes corner to corner if it was a square peace you were working on)this increases the strength, layout the dry fabric on a strong length of plastic before you add the resin to it,find a good card plastic or playing card mix your resin and use the card to push the liquid through th fibre using the card and use it sparingly dry looking is better (wet it through and remove the excess using the card) to much epoxy weakens the mixture of carbon to cloth, also 2-3 layers of a lighter cloth is stronger then one thick layer of heaver cloth, lay the wetted cloth on the mould and put some thin cling film over the cloth on the mould and use a clean dry card to remove excess resin again making the surface shinny and smooth job done.
