Thats an odd looking setup.. be interested to see how and if it works...
Not sure if this helps but Hot Bodies D4 shocks have a bleed hole in each of the caps with a small screw to close it... http://www.hpiracing.co.uk/piw.php?partNo=61585 If you click on the main shocks pic you can see the squared off bit on the shock cap where the hole is and where the scre goes into.. Hope that helps ![]() Lee

The Yokomo caps with a bleed screw fit the Associated shocks and they have been out for donkeys years. Quite hard to source though and UK price is massively marked up compared to the Japan price.
Personally I'm past bothering with bleeding the shocks. I build the shocks by slightly underfilling them before putting the cap on and they work great. Creates the little air bubble that you need. Too much is written about balancing rebound... check the shocks after a run and you will see that the rebound is different already. That inter-linked B4 above is weird. Doesn't look like it would work as a bleed system... it's more like the interlinked suspension on a hydrolastic Mini, albeit transverse. |
