I would start by drilling the three-hole Sch pistons out to #56 and see how it goes...

The stock 3 holes seem to be close to losi #55
I tried to glue the holes shut so I could drill 3 #56 holes, but the glue attacked the plastic

So you might have to try like some epoxy

Remember that schuey has different bore than Losi. There was table of shocks on petitrc - I belive that links are also in forum somewhere. There you'll find what you're after.

Anyway best way is to use Losi shocks on Cat as well

Losi shocks due let the car settle better off the bigger jumps .....but they don't have any purple

Most of the time we have been trying to reduce park by going to a larger hole like #55 and #54.

The hole size may be the same as Losi but of course the relationship between the piston in the bore is likely to be different.

That said, Grant Williams and myself tend to run a Schumacher three-hole pistons drilled out to #55/40wt in the front and #54/35wt in the rear with great results....

Most of the tracks I run on are "supercross" style tracks and we run losi pink taper slicks so being able to change pack is a benifical tuning option
