Looking real good, but why not place the ESC in the chassi insted of the top ?

I was woundering have my S4 more space then your B44, im using B44 tranny on my S4 and have app 0.5mm on each side to Lipos, and a perfect fit on Leftside infront of lipos with ESC.

i think soldering the wiring to the ESC was much easier this way, i think it is very tight in the chassi, if i had to wire to the ESC here, thats why i think the speedo shelf is a nice touch
