Default slim mini spike

Hi,

For 2wd, on astro tracks, do you usually leave all the pins on the slim mini spike glued on a wide wheel? Or do you immediatly cut outer and inner row of spikes?

When mounted on a wide wheel, the tyre is a bit curved inward so the inner and outer row of spikes are a bit higher than the other spikes. Looks a bit strange.

Over here (belgium) we always run mini pin + stagger rib on astro and carpet, but I'm doing some tests with mini spikes all round for the euros, so any help is appreciated :-)

thanks!

Use a stiffer foam, mine sit about level. I generally start full spikes but normally end up with the outside row off on astro.
