We are doing a number of things with our web sites, including moving them to new servers. All is changing.

Until now we have used two server companies, Hosting Direct for the sites and Brinkster.com for the fotums. Brinkster gives 10 times the space for the same price, so we are moving the forums to Brinkster and dropping Hosting Direct.

Along with this, we currently use three spots on Brinkster, one for each site and one for the store. We are re-allocating those spaces.

All is part of an ongoing major overhaul of our web presence. Hope to have it completed by end of summer -- it's taking forever.

The X Factory store is now back up.

Turns out there was a billing error. They thought we had not paid for May, but we have in fact paid in advance through the end of the year. When we brought this to their attention on the phone a few minutes ago, they apologized and put the site back up. So all is well now. Out of over a million customers, we are the only one that pays cash in advance...

The forum boards from 2wdrc.com and 4wdrc.com are down for a day or two while we complete the move from the old server company to the new. We hope to complete this move over the weekend.
