Default xxx-cr steering turnbuckle

Hi,

This is probably a really daft question, but, i noticed on the BK2 the steering turnbuckle is 1-7/8" (part 72 from the manual).

On the xxx-cr, its 1-5/8". (cant find the part number). I measured both against the pictures in the manuals because im sad and its late!!!

Why?. With the shorter turnbuckle, I get less throw and therefore less steering. There must be a reason for the shorter one???...by adjusting them on both sides so that I get full lock, I get really bad toe-out.

* edit * oh, should have said the ball cups are the same length etc

Thanks
Stu
