NRW-Offroad-Cup 2WD/4WD stock racing

From Rd 2/Dortmund we will add 4WD/10.5 turns in accordance with DMC regulations to the NORC programme. As with the previously announced 13.5 turn 2WD class, motors from the DMC homologation lists may be used.
