Default Reedy 540R

I have a 540R 3300kv in my SC10 and it seems to have a fault, I'm guessing it might just be dirt inside it.
I can't see an obvious way into the motor though, can they be rebuilt or not?
It doesn't look like it, but thought I'd ask first before binning it.

I think you will find that it is a sealed can so not openable..
However, as it is sealed, it is unlikely that any dirt could get in it, apart from the end bearings.

It's not totally sealed though, where the wires come out there is a gap, I believe thats where something has got in.
I may just test another motor I have and see if its the motor at fault or the ESC... Speaking to my mate on the phone a few minutes ago and he suggested I try and calibrate it again (didn't occur to me yesterday) but it won't enter calibration mode, so it might be an ESC fault?
