Yokomo sp-9730 rear hub for b4 1 degree

Has anyone any experience with yokomo sp-9730 rear hub carrier with 1 degree for b4? I know the 1 degree gives better grip/handling on low grip tracks, but do u gain anything from using a bigger bearing compared to the standard?
