Default XX4Worlds or XXX4 G+ PLEASE HELP!!!

A guy at my track has what he says is a XX4 Worlds with a saddle pack chassis. Is this newer than the XXX4G+ ?? Someone please give me some help if this is the car to buy. It is very reasonably priced and in good condition. Thanks if someone could give me a hand. The seller thinks this is the good one to have but I dont know if it's like 4 or 5 years old?? Is this the one Dustin Evans and Chambers run??

The XXX4 is newer than the XX4, but for the UK is generally considered the better car. It was originally released about a million years age, but had a re-release about 2 years back. Still a good car, but the drive system (tripple belts) is heavy on power. Not too many run on the national scene anymore.
Never heard of Dustin Evans or Chambers.

The latest 4wd that losi released was the xxx4G+, these been nothing for a while but im sure it wont be that long until we see something from Losi!

Is the chassis 3 x 3 cells or 6 IIIIII like that lol. By the sounds of it its the XX4, which ill be running at all the nationals this year, and i no its not going to be a problem with the power seeing as were allowed to run lipos which have about 1000000000000000% more power than what we've used before

Should be fun

The xx4 is still a very competive car. IMO there are a few reasons why it has lost its popularity and i dont think there performance bassed. The xx4 has been around for a while and alot of people have run them in the passed so people just get board and want a change i think the other reason is losi wanting to consentrate on 8th rallycross which means some of the big team members such as ellis, doughty etc have moved onto offer there knowledge and experiance to up and coming team such as x factory (who are now a big part of 1/10th) and atomic carbon. With bloomfield and tricky doing lots of 8th it means losi havent been winning the tittles it should be with the drivers they still have Danny, Darren and Tricky are all capable of winning nationals and more. But you wont be disapointed ive heard rummors about a new losi 1/10th but i dont know how true this is.

It's the first one of the 2 pics. He says it's not a XX4 though. He says it's a XXX4 Worlds Edition. Might be a US Spec thing I'm not sure. I really do appreciate your help though. Does the swaybar stay the same between the cars?? This doesn't have one and would like to try one.

I said,

No mention of it being a XXX4 Worlds Edition

The 1st pic is someones home brew "XX4" copy in carbon which has used a lot of the Losi running gear, belts, suspension etc
