If built as kit, the standard rear toe-in setting is 3 degrees.

Fitted regularly they will add +1 degree of toe-in to the rear, giving +4 degrees total toe-in. This will generally increase rear traction and is desirable on low traction racing surfaces.

Fitted in reverse, swapping L for R, they will give -1 degree of rear toe, so taking a standard 3 degree car to 2 degrees.

Using a combination of the hanger inserts and the rear hubs, you have a far wider range of toe-in options available than with the kit or 0 degree alloy hubs.
