help plz

hey im new to the forum and jus need some help with my jato 3.3 only jus bought t today and noticed that the wire coming from the battery wasnt going anywhere so it normally goes into the control box where all the other wires go anyway i plugged it in and when the cars of and the controlers on it still goes even when the car aint switched on i can still control it any help would be appreciated thanks
