graphics and fonts programs

as it says anyone no of a good and easy to use programs to use

photoshop and illustrator are the first ones to come to mind. other people im sure can suggest others.
what exactly do you want to do with it/use it for? people might be able to make some better suggestions if they knew.

i want to do my own graphics and stickers for the model car

As for graphics programs for designing some stickers etc - I'll sort you out.
